How it works
Connect your Calendar
Read-only access to your primary Google Calendar. We only look at upcoming timed events that include a Google Meet, Zoom, or Teams link — nothing else is touched.
We watch for video meetings
About every two minutes we apply calendar changes incrementally; about every hour we fully reconcile your 7-day window. Reschedules update alerts automatically. Desktop rings use browser-native alarms on your device. Optional SMS uses our server only to send the text.
A popup appears
60 seconds before start time, a dedicated alert window pops up and your browser rings. Join with one click, silence the ring (popup stays open), snooze for 2 minutes, or dismiss.

Rings like an incoming call
Most calendar reminders get ignored. Calendar Call Alert uses an attention-grabbing ringtone and opens a dedicated alert window automatically — so the ring reaches you no matter what tab you're in.
Join, Silence, Snooze, or Dismiss
Join opens the meeting invite URL in a new tab (Meet, Zoom, or Teams — your OS picks app vs web). Silence stops the ring but keeps the alert popup open so you can still Join. Snooze reminds you again in 2 minutes and shows a brief confirmation. Dismiss clears everything.
Work hours & quick mute
Work Hours are off by default. When enabled in Settings, they mute the ring outside your chosen window (using your system local time zone) while notifications still appear. A quick-mute toggle on Home silences all rings until you turn it back on.
Calendar stays on your device
Calendar sync runs in the extension. We operate a server only if you subscribe to SMS alerts, and then only for billing, your phone number, and the meeting title, time, and join link in each text.
Read-only Calendar access
We read titles, times, and conference data from your primary calendar, and scan location/description fields for video links. No Gmail, Drive, or host access to Meet, Zoom, or Teams.
7-day schedule preview
See upcoming video meetings with platform labels in the popup. Meeting titles link to the event in Google Calendar. Cards show Join Now from one minute before start through about 22 minutes after (Active Meeting label). The list stays in sync in the background; tap Refresh (↻) for an immediate full reconcile if something looks off. Load more shows up to 15 events.
Sign out & stay in control
Sign out in Settings revokes Google Calendar access, clears cached meetings and alerts, and stops background sync until you connect again — while keeping your volume and work-hours preferences. Reconnect anytime. The popup warns you if Chrome notifications are blocked.
